Wai Lani, a Hawaiian term meaning rain water used for medicinal and spiritual purposes, is a very light and delicate tasting tea. The liquor tastes of fresh sweet peas, honey, and bamboo shoots with an oceanic allure that coats the mouth.



Brewing Suggestions


3 grams per 6oz water. Steep for 15 minutes at 195 - 212°F. Re-infuse with increased time.
